Here's this neat 12-sided calendar papercraft generator:
http://www.ii.uib.no/~arntzen/kalender/
I shall do the regular dodecahedron, most because it only takes up 1 page. Alas, at the time I checked this out, the generator seemed to be using the wrong encoding for displaying Unicode characters (which applies to Chinese and Japanese, and maybe more), and that incorrectly displayed output was used to produce the .pdf and .ps files, which meant now there was no way to correct the texts displayed with the wrong encoding, as far as I knew. Oh well.

Hinomoto Oniko
Here's a blog update, and also I'm still alive!
Today I shall build this papercraft model of Hinomoto Oniko (日本鬼子) (ヒノモト・オニコ). She is an original character from 2chan. You can find lots of different drawings of her here. And the papercraft model is by cafetera, available here. It looks like this model of Oniko most closely resembles this drawing below.

Hoophy Issue #15
So, yesterday, the more or less questionable stuff I had ordered from DealExtreme finally arrived! Hooray!! And hey, there's a papercraft-related bonus of some sort! Well, none of the more or less questionable stuff I had ordered is even remotely papercraft-related, so I don't know why I got this thing, but hey! Free stuff!! Yeah!!
Here's the bonus: One page of papercraft pieces and one page showing the finished model. They came rolled up in the package, so I had overweight physics and discrete mathematics textbooks sit on them overnight before I shall do them today.

Voodoo Stubey
Since I do use toothpicks regularly to apply glue in my papercraft construction process, I shall build this thing:
http://www.saltnpaper.com/2009/01/voodoo-stubey.html
It's like a cute little toothpick holder or something!

Pumpkin Loli
Here's something Halloweeny for Halloween, which is today!! Well, it's a loli, with pumpkins!! Yeah!! You may download the papercraft file from the author's site with this direct link: http://www.eonet.ne.jp/~terrasse/hw_m_bg.zip
I'll be using the thin 20 lbs printer paper again. It doesn't look too difficult, except maybe those boots.
